Worthy Of Hallelujah - Live At Jesus Culture, Sacramento, CA/2024 Digital Album
- Artist:

Albums are a snapshot in time. We feel this deeply within the church where there are always changing seasons. And often the current season looks very different from the prior season. We navigate through the changes seeking the Lord and straining to hear His voice. The last Jesus Culture album, Why Not Right Now?, was our response to the changes and hardships of 2020, declaring that in the midst of a chaotic season that we believe God is still on His throne and we will see revival in our day.
Pressure can move you one of two ways; either away from the source of the pressure, or make you steadfast and stronger as you lean into the resistance. In many ways the songs on our new album, Worthy of Hallelujah, are a reflection of the work that God has done in our hearts over the last two years. Once the album was together and we could hear all the songs as a whole, we recognized how much these songs had the fragrance of the prayer room.
One of our leaders captured the essence of these songs, “We weren’t writing about what God could do for me, but we purely wanted to honor Jesus and put a crown on His head.”
That’s our prayer for this album. First, that Jesus would be crowned Lord of all. Secondly, that the church worldwide would be strengthened, encouraged and set on fire to see the Kingdom of God expand on the earth.
